Sale Preparation: From tweaking of existing furnishings
and decoration, to full staging of empty homes, this JHID
service can dramatically enhance a home's salability.
Interior Design
for Model Units: Depending on a client's needs
and budget, JHID can provide concepts and specifications
of furnishings and decorations for single-family or multi-unit
models, or full-service scenarios whereby we will design,
specify, procure, and install a staging setup.

FEES
SERVICES AND FEES
JHID provides an initial meeting with each new client free
of charge. Based upon the scope of work determined at that
meeting, JHID will prepare a customized proposal detailing
services and fees. When a proposal and retainer fee is accepted,
the project work is begun.
JHID works within
fee structures commonly used in the interior design field.
Depending on the nature of your particular project, a project
fee structure will be one or a combination of fixed fees,
hourly fees, or cost plus percentage. Whichever fee arrangement,
it will be clearly discussed and stated in writing as part
of the proposal. Our professional ethic is always to be
fair with each client while receiving appropriate remuneration
for our professional services.
