Funny how it goes when walking interior design trade shows. You’ll find an endless sea of vendor booths with goodies galore to sell. A veritable candy shop for this grown-up gal. Sometime your brain freezes and you've got to take a break. I walked last week’s NY NOW show at Jacob Javits with a comfy pair of shoes and accompanied by a terrific gal - a market research expert - who’s new to the interior design biz. I saw the show through her eyes and thus a fresh perspective. Some highlights may have been at shows previously, but captured my attention for the first time. I really got a lot out of perusing the show with my colleague.

Jacqueline Hosford, ASID, principal of Jacqueline Hosford Interior Design, loves working with clients to design their spaces for optimum function and each client's ultimate delight.
